Job Summary:

ECW Search is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through strategic account management and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of national accounts, developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and drive business growth through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and internal teams.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Work closely with finance and sales teams to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer development roles within FMCG, beauty, or health categories.
  • Experience managing P&L and working with major retail partners is preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, digital marketing expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
