About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Services Group team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Manage and drive the sales process within each account to maximize additional opportunities and support the financial targets of the business.
  • Customer Service: Provide customers with a full service throughout their entire journey, implementing and delivering a full account and projected managed delivery experience.
  • Account Management: Take responsibility for coordinating and managing the implementation of any new accounts assigned, ensuring all customer sales enquiries, compliant handling, and account management are in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Tender Response: Identify, prepare, and submit tender responses to identify sales opportunities and broaden the scope of services delivered.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience of driving growth through sales and delivery of set KPIs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a particularly strong telephone manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid working relationships.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure, resolving issues in a timely manner and prioritizing workload to meet targets set.
