Faculty Academic Lead for Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for student education, focusing on employability, industry, and study abroad.
  • Lead the Faculty's academic leadership team for Opportunity, working closely with Pro Deans for Student Education and other leads.
  • Collaborate with the Student Education Service (SES) Employability team and the Study Abroad office to enhance the Faculty's reputation.
  • Chair relevant Faculty committees and represent the Faculty at University groups.
  • Lead the team of School Employability, Placements, and Study Abroad Leads.

About the Role:

The Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Cultures is seeking an Academic Lead for Opportunity to drive the development of this significant area of student education work. The successful candidate will have the leadership skills, ambition, and creativity to take forward the Faculty's strategy for Graduate Outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in academic leadership and student education.
