About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at Wells & Co. Careers. As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience in our pub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take food and drink orders from customers and serve them in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide recommendations to customers to enhance their dining experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
