Join Our Team as a Bar Staff Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bar Staff Member to join our team at Wells & Co Managed. As a Bar Staff Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience in our pub.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take food and drink orders from customers and serve them with a smile
  • Make recommendations to customers to enhance their dining experience
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
What We're Looking For:
  • A positive and energetic attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
