We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Staff member to join our team at The Eaton Oak in St Neots. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm and welcoming service to customers, taking food and drink orders and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Serve high-quality food and a wide range of drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar area.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations.
- A positive and energetic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
