About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and confident individual to join our team as a Bar Staff member at Bill's. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, from morning coffee to cocktails at dinner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items to increase sales and revenue.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
