Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join our Real Assets team at Legal & General Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advisory support across fund strategy, conduct risk, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively provide advice, challenge, and review to the business, ensuring first-class conduct risk mitigation
  2. Analysing emerging and developing regulations to implement changes quickly and effectively
  3. Acting as the key point of contact for any conflicts within Real Assets
  4. Participating in committee meetings and assist with the drafting of reports

Requirements

  1. Real Asset/Alternative Asset experience is key to this role
  2. A detailed understanding of compliance and conduct risk within an investment management environment
  3. Strong knowledge of AIFMD regulations
  4. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with and influence key groups
