We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Specialist to join our Real Assets team at Legal & General Group.

This exciting role will involve providing expert advisory support across fund strategy, conduct risk, and compliance. You will be responsible for analysing emerging and developing regulations to implement changes quickly and effectively, acting as the key point of contact for any conflicts within Real Assets, and participating in committee meetings to assist with the drafting of reports.

The ideal candidate will have real asset or alternative asset experience, a detailed understanding of compliance and conduct risk within an investment management environment, and strong knowledge of AIFMD regulations. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with and influence key groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advisory support across fund strategy, conduct risk, and compliance.
  • Analyse emerging and developing regulations to implement changes quickly and effectively.
  • Act as the key point of contact for any conflicts within Real Assets.
  • Participate in committee meetings to assist with the drafting of reports.

Requirements:

  • Real Asset or Alternative Asset experience.
  • Detailed understanding of compliance and conduct risk within an investment management environment.
  • Strong knowledge of AIFMD regulations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with and influence key groups.
