About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Practitioner to join our team as a partner or salaried GP. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of illnesses and injuries.
  • Conduct home visits and provide care to patients in their own homes.
  • Participate in weekly practice clinical and MDT meetings to discuss patient care and share best practices.
  • Develop and implement new ideas and initiatives to improve patient care and practice efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive range of services, including minor surgery, specialist travel clinics, and other in-house services.
Requirements
  • Full GMC registration and a valid license to practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of and experience with NHS policies and procedures, including revalidation and appraisal.
