Job Overview: Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is essential in assisting the Marketing and Commercial team at Covetrus. This full-time role provides an opportunity to enhance Covetrus's brand across various sectors. Initially filling a temporary position, there is potential for this role to transition into a permanent opportunity based on individual performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Commercial Manager with vital commercial activities
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards for uniform communication with customers and partners
  • Help organize Covetrus's participation in industry exhibitions
  • Oversee and enhance Covetrus's website and online sales platform
  • Generate and schedule captivating content for social media channels
  • Design, modify, and distribute marketing materials across multiple platforms
  • Create digital content for email marketing initiatives
  • Support in the creation of photography and videography content
  • Develop digital materials for international distribution partners
  • Assist in crafting marketing materials for product promotions
  • Execute regional branding strategies through research and outreach
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) project management and launch strategies
  • Provide general marketing support as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in a marketing or commercial environment
  • Preferred educational background in Marketing or Veterinary studies
  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team
  • Highly organized with excellent project management capabilities
  • Creative thinker with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and website management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently
