Role Overview

The successful candidate will deliver direct telephone assistance to both internal departments and client organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and assign complex inquiries to the Payroll Officers designated for the relevant business area.
  2. Support departmental Team Leaders by organizing, processing, and accurately entering payment information into the Electronic Staff Record, ensuring compliance with specified deadlines.
  3. Foster and maintain robust working relationships with Trust contacts and internal teams to facilitate the seamless provision of a professional service, with a primary focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Provide administrative assistance to payroll colleagues concerning the management of internal and external correspondence, directing internal documents to the appropriate personnel, and ensuring timely dispatch of outgoing mail.
  5. Assist Employee Services colleagues with the handling of internal and external correspondence, ensuring proper referral of documents and timely issuance of outgoing mail.
