We seek individuals who act with integrity, are enthusiastic about personal growth, foster community spirit, show respect, and take pride in their work. As a leading Social Enterprise in the UK, we are committed to building inclusive and thriving communities for both our clients and employees.
Your Role
We are in search of a Client Services Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Lancashire, specifically to support our Young Person's Homeless Project. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safe and continued provision of accommodation for our vulnerable clients.

This position involves working alongside clients, team members, and external agencies to deliver a comprehensive service of the highest quality. You will be instrumental in onboarding new clients and providing guidance regarding welfare and benefits systems. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance of the accommodation, which includes conducting risk assessments and health and safety monitoring, as well as liaising with the housing management team concerning repairs and maintenance.
Work Schedule
This position requires a commitment of 36.25 hours per week across a 7-day rotating schedule. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service, and all offers are subject to the receipt of two satisfactory references.
Please note that this role involves some travel, so a full driving license is necessary.
About You
To be considered for this position, it is essential to have experience working with individuals aged 16 and above, as well as a background in customer-facing roles to ensure the highest level of service for our clients.
We are looking for someone who shares our passion and positivity, as this is an emotionally charged environment. Resilience is a key trait for success in this role, and local knowledge will be advantageous in assisting our clients.
Ideally, you will be a proficient IT user and an effective communicator, capable of positively influencing others when necessary.

We understand the importance of employee satisfaction, which is why we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to help our team save money and improve their quality of life. This package includes:
- 27 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- Pension plan with matched contributions
