We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Assistant to join our team at a modern mainstream school in Ealing. The successful candidate will work closely with a child with Autism in Year 2, providing support and assistance to ensure their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with special needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language Delay
  • Assist teachers in lesson planning and implementation, ensuring a tailored approach to meet the needs of students
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and strategies for supporting students with special needs
Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with special needs, preferably in a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Right to work in the UK
