About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and service targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and merchandise to ensure optimal sales and profitability
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, improve customer service, and increase profitability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably with a similar company
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

About the Designate Role:

In this role, you will support us by being willing to travel to a variety of stores locally around your base location based on demand. This will provide you with exposure and day-to-day variety, and will help support future hiring needs. You won't travel forever; we want these roles to help support future hiring needs and soon you will be ready to jump into a specific store and progress within the business.
