About the Role

As a Store Manager Designate, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, managing store operations, and providing coaching and training to team members.

What is a Designate Role?

In this role, you will support us by being willing to travel to a variety of stores locally around your base location based on demand. This will provide you with exposure and day-to-day variety, and you will have the opportunity to work in different stores and gain experience in different areas of the business.
