We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at IPOE Consulting. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our employees and clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Front Desk Reception: Provide a warm welcome to all visitors and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
- Office Administration: Support the Office Manager in maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment, including managing meeting room bookings, arranging refreshments, and ensuring no clashes.
- Communication and Liaison: Liaise with building reception and management as needed, and communicate effectively with employees and clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Logistics and Coordination: Manage incoming deliveries, post, and courier collections, and log all deliveries using DataScope.
- Event Planning and Support: Assist the Office Manager with ad-hoc duties, event planning, and travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our employees and clients.
- Education and Experience: Degree qualified with previous experience as a Receptionist/Office Administrator/Customer Services is an advantage but not essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
