About the Role

We're a multi-award-winning contract catering company, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Hospitality Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and high-standard hospitality services to customers
  • Set up, service, and clear areas with meticulous attention to detail
  • Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer experiences
Requirements

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ideally, you'll hold Food Safety at Level 2 and Health & Safety at Level 2 certificates. We're committed to supporting your training and development to achieve your career goals.
