We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset and Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving value through active management, minimizing vacancies, and identifying opportunities to improve our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Value: Minimize vacancies and identify opportunities to improve our properties through refurbishments, extensions, or redevelopments.
  • Growing Income: Negotiate favourable lease renewals and handle rent reviews to secure the best possible rents.
  • Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team, suggest ways to improve the workplace, and develop a collaborative approach across the company.
  • Financial Targets: Meet and exceed budgeted rent, occupancy, and expenditure targets.

You will oversee the day-to-day management of a designated portfolio of commercial properties, fostering strong relationships with occupiers and maintaining the presentation of all properties. You will also effectively manage service charges, oversee tenant covenants and compliance, and lead by example to support the Sorbon Estates culture and values.
