Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at IN2 Consult. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Provide Strategic Financial Leadership:**
    • Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
    • Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
    • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, analyses, and insights to senior management.
  • **Ensure Financial Compliance:**
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies across all EMEA countries.
    • Identify and manage financial risks, implementing controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
  • **Lead and Develop a Finance Team:**
    • Lead and develop a small finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management to ensure high standards of work and professional growth.
  • **Collaborate with Senior Leaders:**
    • Collaborate with the Managing Director and other senior leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that support the business's overall objectives.

Requirements:

  • **Education:**
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • **Experience:**
    • Experience managing financial operations across multiple countries in the EMEA region.
  • **Skills:**
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP), budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • Proven experience in leading and developing finance teams, with excellent people management skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
