About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asset and Property Manager to join our team at Sorbon Estates. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the value and growth of our commercial property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive value through active management, minimizing vacancies and identifying opportunities for property improvements.
  • Grow income by negotiating favourable lease renewals and handling rent reviews to secure the best possible rents.
  • Lead and motivate your team, inspiring them to achieve their best and suggesting ways to improve the workplace.
  • Meet and exceed budgeted rent, occupancy, and expenditure targets.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a designated portfolio of commercial properties, fostering strong relationships with occupiers and maintaining the presentation of all properties.
  • Ensure tenant covenants and compliance are met, working closely with tenants, local authorities, and solicitors.
Requirements
  • Commercial property experience in managing assets and day-to-day tenant and landlord issues.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Positive mindset, with an infectious optimism and tenacity.
  • Deal-driven, with a focus on effectively closing deals through skilled negotiation and forging strong relationships.
  • RICS qualification is desirable, but not essential.
