As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a designated portfolio of commercial properties, including prime high street shops, offices, industrial units, and marinas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Value: Minimise vacancies and identify opportunities to improve properties through refurbishments, extensions, or redevelopments.
  • Growing Income: Negotiate favourable lease renewals and handle rent reviews to secure the best possible rents.
  • Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team, suggesting ways to improve the workplace and develop a collaborative approach across the company.
  • Financial Targets: Meet and exceed budgeted rent, occupancy, and expenditure targets.
  • Tenant Satisfaction and Retention: Foster strong relationships with occupiers, maintain property presentation, and effectively manage service charges.
  • Oversee Tenant Covenants and Compliance: Ensure tenant covenants and relevant standards are followed through excellent working relationships with tenants, local authorities, and solicitors.
