About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our Finance Team at In-Sync Group.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Finance Team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our client bank account management for the Self-Assessment Tax function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents and reports
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Support the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure accurate and timely financial information

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of financial software and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
