Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Faith Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the processing of invoices, liaising with suppliers, and assisting with receipts for customer payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process invoices, statements, and accounts payable/receivable documents
  • Process payments and transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support the treasury team and management with financial tasks and projects
  • Distribute daily invoices and reports to the team
  • Assist with weekly financial reporting and analysis
  • Provide administrative support to the wider finance team

Requirements:

  • Passion for working in the accounts field with a strong attention to detail
  • AAT qualification or equivalent experience in accounts
  • Previous exposure to accounts settings with a team-oriented approach
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a proactive and efficient manner
