Financial Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Faith Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the processing of invoices, liaising with suppliers, and assisting with receipts for customer payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices, statements, and accounts payable/receivable documents
- Process payments and transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Support the treasury team and management with financial tasks and projects
- Distribute daily invoices and reports to the team
- Assist with weekly financial reporting and analysis
- Provide administrative support to the wider finance team
Requirements:
- Passion for working in the accounts field with a strong attention to detail
- AAT qualification or equivalent experience in accounts
- Previous exposure to accounts settings with a team-oriented approach
- Ability to work to deadlines in a proactive and efficient manner
