Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Sales Development: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt our sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and deliver superior service to our clients.

We're looking for a results-oriented individual with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. If you have previous experience in B2B sales or account management, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills, we'd love to hear from you.
