Sales Director

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking an ambitious and experienced senior sales professional to take on the role of Sales Director at a well-established printing firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing the sales strategy, setting revenue targets and key performance indicators, and managing and motivating a team of direct reports to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Identify opportunities for business growth, regularly review business plans to accommodate changing market conditions, and develop creative concepts for clients that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Lead the Sales Team: Foster a high-performance culture of collaboration and creativity, ensure CRM system compliance, and provide feedback, coaching, and development of direct reports.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Analyze, track, and regularly report on relevant business performance indicators and initiatives, and identify potential risks in revenue and put in place plans to correct shortfalls.
- Client Relationships: Develop an in-depth understanding of all client accounts and ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.
