Culturally Relevant Brand Marketing

Partner with Senior Director of Luxury Brand Marketing to execute 360-degree brand marketing campaigns and activations in key European source markets. Monitor customer sentiment and develop targeted marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Localized Brand Management

Collaborate with the Global brand team to ensure the pull-through and localization of brand initiatives across the continent. Act as a voice for the Europe Continent in strategy discussions and drive big-picture brand management initiatives that resonate with target customers.

Luxury Group Alignment

Act as the main point of contact for HQ Luxury Group leaders, providing a European lens on luxury brand strategy. Engage in broad-based branding discussions and initiatives in the continent, driving organizational alignment and providing brand toolkits and guidelines to ensure on-brand operation.

On-Strategy Portfolio Growth

Partner with Senior Director, Portfolio Growth Europe to ensure alignment on design, guest experience, spa, and F&B concepts for potential opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness in the European market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global and EMEA Luxury Brands strategy for JW Marriott and The Luxury Collection within Europe.
  • Partner with Senior Director Luxury Brand Marketing EMEA to develop brand marketing strategy and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate campaign achievements and report to key stakeholders.
  • Identify, develop, and manage brand partnerships in the continent that provide brand equity benefits and enhance the guest experience.
  • Provide opening brand support for new hotels joining the brand within Europe.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of work experience, including hotel operations, brand marketing, and/or luxury brand experience.
  • University degree preferred.
  • Proven track record working with senior executives in a consultative manner.
  • Consistent track record of advancing business direction and strategies.
  • Experience in European markets preferred.
  • High proficiency in English is required. Additional language knowledge or proficiency is desirable.
