Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at JW Marriott Grosvenor House. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the Red Bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily shift operations and provide leadership and direction to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with all Red Bar policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the product offering and drive sales.
  • Lead by example and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Manage inventories, control costs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team and F&B leadership to improve the overall guest experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in an F&B operation at a managerial level.
  • Experience of a luxury, five-star operation preferred.
  • Good level of English essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of beverages, quality products, and ingredients.
  • Ability to grow and develop our existing menu.
  • Excellent personal presentation and a personable demeanor.
