About the Role:

Sportradar Integrity Services is a leading provider of sports integrity solutions, and we're seeking an experienced Intelligence Specialist - Anti-Match-Fixing to join our team. As a key member of our Anti-Match-Fixing (AMF) subteam, you'll play a critical role in supporting our partners in identifying and investigating integrity threats to their organizations and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support intelligence-led investigations using an all-source approach, leveraging your analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks and threats related to competition manipulation.
  • Perform Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) research and analysis to support investigations and due diligence projects, utilizing your expertise in data interpretation and analysis.
  • Produce high-quality intelligence products, including written reports, to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain intelligence holdings and datasets, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple Sportradar functions and departments to protect and enhance our business operations, including internal and external training and education on sports integrity.

Requirements:

  • Ability to interpret and use data sources with a strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Operational experience in research, due diligence, intelligence, or investigations from areas such as law enforcement, journalism, corporate intelligence, financial fraud, or cyber security.
  • Experience in handling and analyzing diverse and large data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel/PowerBi, Word, and SharePoint/Power Automate.
  • Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings and hypotheses.
  • Fluent in English, with other languages considered a plus (e.g., Arabic and Balkan languages).
