About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at With Intelligence. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the delivery team, working closely with stakeholders to analyze, document, and summarize existing workflows, systems, and data capture / processing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain documentation of current data and editorial systems, applications, and workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document target state for future workflows and enhancements to existing workflows
  • Clearly articulate business drivers, benefits, and desired outcomes of enhancements to enable prioritization of developments with traceability back to business impact
  • Draft requirements and prepare user stories, working closely with Data Subject Matter Experts, Product Owner, and Technology teams
  • Participate in Agile events, including stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and backlog refinement and preparation sessions
  • Conduct data analysis to support decisions and prioritizations around improvements to data workflows
  • Contribute to testing approach, planning, and activity to support development of tools and processes as required
  • Identify stakeholders impacted by change and communicate progress and decisions to ensure expectations are managed and business readiness activities are aligned
  • Seek feedback from end-users and stakeholders across Data and Product teams to improve processes and solutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a data business
  • Previous experience in Business Analyst or equivalent role
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience working within an Agile environment
  • Experience creating data documents and artefacts
  • Team player with positive and proactive attitude
  • Proven ability at stakeholder management
  • Data analysis skills, such as SQL, PowerBI, etc. (desirable)
