Business Development Specialist

Ethero is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize CRM and web research to identify new business opportunities and make sales calls to secure new customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts through social media and other channels to build relationships and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and send professional service contract quotations to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads to progress the sales process and ensure timely closure.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within our CRM system.
- Represent Ethero at industry events and exhibitions to promote our services and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and support to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proven track record of sales success and achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
