Business Development Executive

Ethero is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize CRM and web research to identify new business opportunities and make sales calls to secure new customers.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts through social media and other channels to build relationships and stay ahead of the competition.
  3. Prepare and send professional service contract quotations to potential customers.
  4. Follow up with leads to progress the sales process and ensure timely closure.
  5. Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within our CRM system.
  6. Represent Ethero at industry events and exhibitions to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
  8. Ensure exceptional customer service and support to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of sales success and achievement.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  5. Strong work ethic and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
