About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our team at 4Com Plc, an award-winning telecoms company undergoing an exciting period of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange for 4Com services to be installed into new customers and transfer existing services from other providers to our network.
  • Work closely with suppliers to provide customers with excellent support and a seamless installation experience.
  • Ensure all services are provisioned and customers are kept up-to-date with installation progress, including any delays or issues.
