Customer Service Coordinator

As a Customer Service Advisor at learndirect, you will be the first point of contact for our learners, providing support and guidance to ensure they achieve their goals. You will be responsible for managing customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining excellent relationships with our learners and internal teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with learners to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
- Manage customer queries through various channels, including email, phone, and post.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the customer journey.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to learners.
- Work closely with the finance department to resolve payment agreements and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Conduct yourself in line with our company policies and values.
Requirements:
