Job Title: Senior Communications and PR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior PR and Communications Manager to lead our PR and Communication function. As a key member of our Group Business Development and Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive PR and Communications strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a PR and Communications strategy that enhances our brand's presence and reputation.
  • Manage media relations, securing coverage in print, broadcast, and online outlets.
  • Coordinate press activities, draft and issue press releases, and manage media inquiries.
  • Build and leverage relationships with media and thought leaders to increase coverage.
  • Create content for press releases, articles, speeches, and presentations.
  • Monitor and report on PR results, ensuring strategy alignment.
  • Develop PR campaigns to showcase Bidwells' leadership and insights.
Internal Communications:
  • Oversee the internal communications strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across the organisation.
  • Support senior leaders with speechwriting and presentations.
  • Lead communication efforts for the bi-annual Partners' conference.
Marketing Communications:
  • Lead content campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams to execute innovative communication strategies, including digital channels.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Guide the creation of thought leadership content and case studies.
  • Oversee content for ABM campaigns and the company website.
  • Provide expert copywriting and editing across various channels.
  • Work with the digital team to optimise engagement across platforms.
  • Support marketing campaigns with impactful content.
About You:
  • Proven experience in PR and Communications, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong creative flair, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engaging content.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
