Objective of the Gardening Apprenticeship

Key Responsibilities of the Gardening Apprentice

  • Attend college on designated days to fulfill apprenticeship qualifications and apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
  • Maintain cleanliness by ensuring all areas are free from weeds and leaf debris, regularly forking over to uphold high standards.
  • Take ownership of tasks as directed by the Estate Manager and senior gardening staff.
  • Engage positively with guests about the grounds and gardens whenever necessary.
  • Assist the team in producing high-quality fruits, vegetables, and foraged items for the hotel’s use.
