Job Summary

We are seeking a Front of House Event Day Staff member to join our team on a casual basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in our in-house concessions outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Interact with customers, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Operate the till system accurately and efficiently
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables and buffet stations
  • Adhere to company policies and standards, including cash handling, stock management, health and safety, and food safety

Requirements

  • Hard working, punctual, and reliable individual
  • Well-presented, articulate, and organized with a friendly personality
  • Good communicator and confident in interacting with new people
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Able to work as part of a team and individually
  • Available to work evenings and weekends
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
