We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supporter Experience Officer to join our team at RNLI. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our supporters and donors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective responses to supporter inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain accurate records of supporter interactions and update our database accordingly
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to engage and steward our supporters
- Meet or exceed performance targets for supporter engagement and retention
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service and a passion for fundraising. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with supporters and colleagues alike.
You will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Experience of working in a fundraising or sales environment would be beneficial, but not essential.
