Job Title: Residential Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Nurtured Future Living. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in providing an emotionally secure, consistent, warm, supportive, and caring environment for the young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Registered Manager in providing leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of the young people.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained at all times.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people.

Requirements:

  • Level 3/4 diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with children and young people for at least 2 years in a senior/team leader/support worker role.
  • Full UK Driver's Licence.
  • A level 5 in Leadership and Management - Children & Young People is desirable.
