Residential Deputy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Nurtured Future Living. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Registered Manager in providing a high-quality care service that meets the needs of our residents.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Requirements:

  • Level 3/4 diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a senior/team leader/support worker role.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Desirable: Level 5 in Leadership and Management - Children and Young People.
