Sales Account Executive

Requirements / Experience
- Proven track record in a telesales or account management position is a REQUIREMENT
- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is a REQUIREMENT
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly MS Office 365, with a solid understanding of Excel.
- Exceptional telephone communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with working in a results-oriented environment.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport swiftly over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Engaging potential clients through telephone, email, or digital platforms to generate interest in and promote our offerings.
- Meeting daily and weekly sales objectives.
- Maintaining and updating CRM and database systems.
- Identifying and evaluating customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Fostering sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive dialogue.
- Managing both incoming and outgoing calls.
- Documenting customer interactions accurately.
- Proactively reaching out to potential clients to introduce our company, its products, and relevant promotions.
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients while keeping them informed about new products and exciting offers.
- Effectively conveying the brand narrative behind our products to leave a positive and lasting impression.
