Qualifications / Experience

  • Prior experience in a telesales or account management position is a REQUIREMENT
  • Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is a REQUIREMENT
  • Proficiency in IT systems, particularly MS Office 365, with a solid understanding of Excel.
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with working in a results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, or other digital platforms to generate interest in and promote our offerings.
  • Meet daily and weekly sales objectives.
  • Maintain and update CRM and database systems.
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and nurture sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and engaging communication.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone communications.
  • Document customer interactions accurately.
  • Engage potential clients through outbound calls to introduce our brewery, its products, and current promotions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, keeping them informed about new releases and exciting offers.
  • Effectively convey the brand narrative behind our beers to leave a positive and lasting impression.
