An exceptional opportunity exists for a Sales Executive to become a vital part of the Sales division at Lloyd Motors Limited. Our emphasis is on individuals - we believe that outstanding talent will flourish with us and contribute significantly to our success.
Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Product Specialist to guarantee a smooth purchasing journey for customers. This includes facilitating test drives, discussing pricing and financing options, and following up after delivery to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tailor the buying experience to meet customer preferences and coordinate test drives.
- Validate pricing and payment arrangements in accordance with company standards.
- Execute follow-up communications post-delivery to confirm customer satisfaction.
- Organize daily sales initiatives and connect with prospective clients.
- Work in partnership with colleagues and various departments to deliver exceptional service.
- Engage in training sessions to align with company goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Quick to learn with the ability to provide knowledgeable responses.
- Flexible and possesses a strong work ethic.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Proficient in IT and holds a valid UK driving licence.
Hours, Benefits, and Rewards:
- Hours: 08:30 am - 5:30 pm, with weekends off.
- Salary: £20,000 per annum with OTE of £55,000 per annum.
- Benefits: 30 days holiday, contributory pension, cycle to work scheme, and additional perks.
