Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Health Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to patients in emergency situations, utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to make a positive impact.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency calls, providing empathetic and informed support to patients in need.
  • Utilize advanced communication skills to de-escalate high-pressure situations and provide clear guidance to patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective emergency response.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and protocols.

Requirements

  • GCSE or Functional Skills in Maths, English, and ICT Skills.
  • Previous experience working with the public, preferably in a healthcare or emergency services setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
