Health Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Health Advisor to join our team at South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. As a Health Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for patients calling our 111 service, providing vital support and guidance to those in need.
Key Responsibilities- Provide empathetic and effective communication with patients, understanding their needs and concerns.
- Use medical triage systems to assess patient conditions and provide appropriate advice or referrals.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with medical knowledge and best practices to provide the highest level of care.
- GCSE or Functional Skills in Maths, English, and ICT.
- Previous experience working with the public, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions.
