Job Summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our client's expanding Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management for a defined engineering team across 2 local sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers and supervisors to ensure the effective implementation of business policies and processes across sites.
  2. Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions, and that both Client and Company health and safety policy and process are effectively implemented across both in-house and subcontractor's activities.
  3. Drive a culture of first-class customer service across your region, and ensure effective relationships are harnessed with key Client contacts.
  4. Ensure the region is staffed by fully capable teams, ensuring post holders are competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
  5. Ensure appropriate control measures are in place, such as audits and inspections, to ensure statutory, policy, and contractual commitments are met.
  6. Own all regional financial planning and performance.
  7. Ensure PPM and Reactive SLA performance is achieved through management and monitoring of the CAFM system.
  8. Own regional compliance for contractual commitments, log book maintenance, and all QHSE standards and procedures.
  9. Support the Client to maintain their business' continuity and security.

About the Role:

This is a senior appointment within an expanding Operations team, and the successful candidate will have expertise in the management of direct line Engineers and Supervisors, as well as stakeholders and clients.
