Facilities Operations Manager - Central London - Prestigious Site - Competitive Salary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee one of our prominent contracts in Central London. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of a prestigious building.

As a leader in the facilities management sector, we specialize in providing exceptional support for the operation, maintenance, and repair of building services, particularly in high-stakes environments.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in managing commercial properties and will be well-versed in the standards required to maintain such facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks.
  • Lead a team of skilled engineers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with all documentation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of technical areas.
  • Ensure that emergency repairs are executed in line with contractual obligations.
  • Manage minor enhancement projects.
  • Participate in client discussions and meetings.
  • Supervise external contractors.
