  • Business Performance: Experience of driving business performance such as sales, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiencies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leader, able to motivate and engage with staff at all levels.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to put the customer first and act in a professional manner in all situations, able to act with tact and discretion.
  • Flexibility: Positive and outgoing, flexible on days worked, and able to provide cover to other practices.
