About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Strategy Recruitment Solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach efforts
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to convert prospects into appointments and drive revenue growth
  • Conduct in-person demonstrations of our innovative products and solutions to showcase their value and benefits
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in selling technical, technology, or SaaS products with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Hands-on approach, with a willingness to take ownership and drive results
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
