This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a strong understanding of the development process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cradle to Grave Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of development projects, from site acquisition and planning through to construction and final handover
  • Feasibility Studies: Conduct detailed feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential projects, including cost analysis, risk assessment, and financial forecasting
  • Planning & Approvals: Liaise with planning authorities, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, contractors, and other key stakeholders
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on project progress, financial status, and key milestones for internal and external stakeholders
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project to ensure successful delivery
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • MRICS is desired but not essential
  • Experience in a similar role within the property development sector
  • Proven track record in managing complex development projects from inception to completion
  • Experience in budget management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
